Troubleshooting

Common Issues

Solutions:
  1. Verify you have the Owner role (check your profile)
  2. Only one user can be Owner — confirm with current Owner
  3. If you need Owner access, request a transfer from current Owner
Solutions:
  1. Check file size (keep under 2MB)
  2. Verify file format (PNG, JPG, or WebP)
  3. Try a different image file
  4. Check your internet connection
  5. Clear browser cache and retry
Solutions:
  1. Ensure slug uses only lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens
  2. Check that the slug isn’t already taken
  3. Verify slug is between 2-50 characters
  4. Remove any spaces or special characters
Solutions:
  1. Verify you have Owner role
  2. Check if filters are hiding entries (clear filters)
  3. New entries may take a moment to appear
  4. Empty log is normal for new auctions with no activity
Solutions:
  1. You must select an Admin to transfer to
  2. If no Admins exist, promote a Team Member first
  3. You must type the exact auction name to enable the button
  4. Check that name matches exactly (case-sensitive)
Solutions:
  1. Ensure hex codes are valid (e.g., #3b82f6)
  2. Include the # symbol in hex codes
  3. Try using the color picker instead of typing
  4. Refresh the page and try again
