Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your account at any time through the mobile app (Profile > Delete Account) or by requesting an administrator to delete it from the admin dashboard. When your account is deleted:- Personal information removed: Your name and email are replaced with anonymized values (“Deleted User”)
- Login credentials permanently deleted: Your authentication is removed from the system
- Auction memberships removed: You are removed from all auctions you belonged to
- Notification settings cleared: Push tokens and email preferences are deleted
- Operational data preserved: Past submissions, inspections, and reports are retained for business continuity but attributed to “Deleted User” rather than your name
- Confirmation email sent: A confirmation email is sent to your email address before anonymization, serving as a record that the deletion was completed
Your Rights
You have the right to:- Access your personal information
- Request corrections to your data
- Request deletion of your account (self-service via mobile app or through an administrator)
- Receive a confirmation email when your account is deleted
- Opt out of push notifications through your device settings
Camera and Photo Access
Our app requests camera permissions solely for:- Capturing photos for lot submissions
- Taking images during quality inspections
Push Notifications
We send push notifications to:- Remind you about pending submissions
- Alert you to important updates
- Notify you about messages and mentions
