Submission Reminders
Submission reminders are the most common notification type. They alert you when lot counts are due at your assigned locations. How Reminders Work
- Your auction administrator configures a reminder schedule
- The system evaluates the schedule and sends reminders at the configured times
- Reminders are sent via push notification (and optionally email)
- If you’ve already submitted for the current period, the smart skip feature prevents unnecessary reminders
Reminder Notification Content
Each submission reminder includes:- Title — “Submission Reminder” or similar
- Body — Location name and what’s due
- Tap action — Opens the relevant submission screen
Email Reminder Preferences
By default, reminder emails are enabled for all users. You can opt out if you prefer to receive reminders only via push notifications.Disabling Email Reminders
