The Attendance tab in the mobile app allows managers, admins, and owners to quickly check team members in and out at auction locations. The mobile interface is optimized for on-the-ground use during sale days and shift changes.Quick Check-In

The Attendance tab only appears for users with the Manager, Admin, or Owner role. If you don’t see it, ask your auction administrator about your role.
Accessing Attendance
The Attendance tab appears in the bottom navigation bar between Rocks and Chat. Tap it to open the attendance screen.Screen Layout
The attendance screen shows:- Date — Today’s date displayed at the top
- Location selector — Horizontal scrollable chips for switching locations
- Stats bar — Member count, active check-ins, and total check-ins today
- Search bar — Filter members by name or email
- Member list — All auction members with their attendance status
Checking Members In
Find the Member
Scroll through the list or use the search bar. Members who haven’t checked in appear at the top.
Checking Members Out
Member Status Indicators
Each member row shows one of three statuses:| Badge | Meaning | Action Available |

Understanding the Stats Bar
The stats bar below the location selector shows:| Stat | Icon | Meaning |

| X total today | → | Total check-ins for the day (including checked out) |

The Attendance tab is only shown to Manager, Admin, and Owner roles. Contact your auction administrator to check your role assignment.

A member can only be checked in once per location per date. They may have been checked in by another manager. Pull to refresh to see the latest data.
No members are showing
No members are showing
Make sure you have the correct auction selected (use the auction switcher in the header). The member list shows all members of the current auction.
