My Activity
Tap My Activity at the top of the Profile screen to view your engagement dashboard — including streaks, badges, an activity calendar, personal stats, and your leaderboard ranking.For full details on streaks, badges, and leaderboards, see the Engagement & Achievements guide.
Accessing Your Profile
Open the Profile Tab
Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar. It’s the rightmost tab with a person icon.
Profile Photo (Avatar)
Personalize your account with a profile photo that appears throughout the app and helps your teammates identify you.Changing Your Profile Photo
Choose an Option
An action sheet appears with two options:

| Take Photo | Use your camera to capture a new photo |
| Choose from Library | Select an existing photo from your device |
On first use, you may need to grant camera or photo library permissions when prompted.
Capture or Select
If taking a photo:
- Position yourself in the camera viewfinder
- Tap the shutter button to capture
- You can retake if needed
- Browse your photo albums
- Tap a photo to select it
Crop Your Photo
The image editor opens with a square crop area. Adjust the crop to center your face, then confirm.

Where Your Avatar Appears
Your profile photo is displayed in several places:- Profile screen header
- Chat messages you send
- Team member lists viewed by others
- Admin dashboard (for administrators viewing your profile)
Troubleshooting Photo Upload

Symptoms: Progress bar stops, error message appears.Solutions:
- Check your internet connection
- Try a smaller or different image
- Ensure you have granted photo permissions
- Close and reopen the app, then try again
Photo appears blurry
Photo appears blurry
Symptoms: Uploaded photo looks pixelated or unclear.Solutions:
- Use a higher resolution source image
- Take a new photo with good lighting
- Ensure the camera lens is clean
Camera permission denied

Symptoms: Cannot access camera when tapping “Take Photo”.Solutions:
- Open device Settings
- Find Auction Excellence
- Enable Camera permission
- Return to the app and try again
Photo library permission denied

Symptoms: Cannot see photos when tapping “Choose from Library”.Solutions:
- Open device Settings
- Find Auction Excellence
- Enable Photos permission (choose “All Photos” for full access)
- Return to the app and try again
Change Password
Keep your account secure by updating your password regularly.Changing Your Password
Password Requirements

Assigned Locations
View the locations where you’re authorized to submit lot counts, quality inspections, and other data.Viewing Your Locations
Tap Assigned Locations
On the Profile screen, tap Assigned Locations in the Account section. The number shows your total location count.

System Permission Requirements
For push notifications to work, you must also enable them in your device settings:- Open device Settings
- Find Auction Excellence
- Tap Notifications
- Enable Allow Notifications
What You’ll Receive
When notifications are enabled:| Notification Type | Description |

| Submission reminders | Alerts when lot counts are due |
| Chat messages | New messages in channels (based on channel settings) |
| @Mentions | When someone mentions you by name |
| Backlog alerts | Notifications when staffing levels need attention |
| Streak reminders | Evening reminders to maintain your activity streaks |
Email Reminder Preferences
Control whether you receive reminder emails in addition to push notifications:- On the Profile screen, locate Reminder Emails in the Preferences section
- Tap the toggle to enable or disable email reminders
- When disabled, you’ll still receive push notifications and in-app notifications
Email reminders are enabled by default. See the Notifications guide for more details on all notification types and settings.

Delete Account
Permanently delete your account and remove your personal information from the system.What Happens When You Delete Your Account

| Login credentials deleted | Your authentication is permanently removed |
| Auction memberships removed | You are removed from all auctions |

| Submissions and inspections preserved | Past data is kept but attributed to “Deleted User” |
Deleting Your Account
Navigate to Delete Account
On the Profile screen, scroll down to the Danger Zone section and tap Delete Account.
Review Consequences
Read the warning information carefully. It explains what will be deleted and what will be preserved.
Enter Your Password
Type your current password to verify your identity. This is required for security.
Confirm Deletion
Tap Delete My Account, then confirm in the final dialog. This action cannot be reversed.
Confirmation Email
A confirmation email is sent to your email address before your data is anonymized. This serves as a record that the deletion was requested.
If you did not request the deletion and receive a confirmation email, contact support immediately at support@auctionexcellence.com.
Signing Out
Log out of your account when needed.Signing out removes your session from this device only. You can sign back in anytime with your email and password.
